Fill The Slots provides automated appointment recovery services for medical spas and healthcare practices. Our system re-engages patients who have cancelled or missed appointments to help fill available scheduling slots.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While our system is designed to recover 20–30% of missed or cancelled appointments, actual results may vary based on your practice, patient demographics, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our services

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

  • Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Fill The Slots website and services are owned by Fill The Slots and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fill The Slots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
