What Each Rental Includes

Return & Late Policy

  • Device must be returned by the rental end date using the included return label

  • 3-day grace period after rental end

After grace period

  • $50 per day late fee

7 days late:

  • Rental converts to purchase

  • Remaining balance charged

Damage / Non-Return Policy

  • Damaged or missing components:

  • Repair or replacement costs deducted from deposit

If damage exceeds deposit:

  • Remaining balance charged to card on file

  • Non-returned device after 7 days late:

  • Considered purchased

Optional Conversion Incentive (Recommended)

Rent-to-Own Offer:

  • 100% of the 30-day rental ($299) can be applied toward purchasing the device

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for all Bio-Scan device rentals. The deposit is refunded upon safe and timely return of the device.

Late returns, damage, or missing items may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
